Background: 

Morris holds degrees in History and Russian Studies and a graduate degree in Aerospace.  In addition he has done postgraduate work at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Twice awarded the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal and recognized by the President of the United States as a Distinguished Meritorious Executive, Morris is a well-known and recognized figure in the National Security arena.
